The hotel
PP Insula Hotel offers a simple yet comfortable accommodation experience. While you shouldn’t expect luxurious amenities or a pool, the hotel provides clean rooms at a reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry pier and has well-functioning air conditioning and friendly customer service. The showers are basic but clean, although the furniture may be dated.
The location
Surrounded by numerous restaurants, PP Insula is quiet in the heart of Koh Phi Phi, Thailand. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ferry pier and a mere 2 minutes to the nearest 7-Eleven. Take a look at the location on Google Maps here.
Good to know
For those with allergies, it’s worth mentioning that the owner has cats. The hotel provides limited bathroom accessories—towels are available, but a simple soap replaces shower gel. There is no scenic view or swimming pool on the property. However, if you manage to snag a great deal, the value for money is excellent. I would like to point out that only cash payments are accepted.
